ICC would act on behalf of your company to negotiate freight rates with your current carriers, or introduce new carriers that will provide similar, if not more efficient services at reduced costs. Our fees for providing this service is based on a percentage of the annual savings achieved through our rate negotiations. If we do not save any dollars in these freight rate negotiations, there would be no charge for this service.
